Ellen Byron is a television writer, playwright and freelance journalist. REALITY CHECKED, her first mystery novel, was awarded the 2013 William F. Deeck Malice Domestic Grant. T.V. credits include WINGS, STILL STANDING, JUST SHOOT ME, and the drama, YOUNG AMERICANS, as well as pilots for NBC, CBS, and Disney. Ellen’s written over 200 articles for Los Angeles Magazine, TV Guide, Redbook, Glamour, and many other publications. Theatre credits include the award-winning GRACELAND, ASLEEP ON THE WIND, ELECTION YEAR and SO WHEN YOU GET MARRIED, which are published by Dramatists Play Service and performed all over the world.
Tammy Kaehler’s career in marketing and technical writing landed her in the world of automobile racing, which inspired her with its blend of drama, competition, and friendly people. The author of the mystery novel, Killer Ratings, about murder behind the scenes of a television series, Lisa Seidman has written for the primetime serials Falcon Crest, Dallas, and Knots Landing as well as Cagney & Lacy, Murder, She Wrote, and Scarecrow and Mrs. King. She has written on Aaron Spelling’s daytime serial, Sunset Beach, as well as Guiding Light, General Hospital, and One Life to Live. Lisa was the head writer on the phenomenally successful, award-winning Russian primetime serial Poor Anastasia, and has won an Emmy Award for her work on Days of our Lives. She currently writes for The Young and the Restless for which she just won her second Emmy.
Holly West is a crime fiction writer based in Los Angeles. She’s the author of the Mistress of Fortune series, set in late 17th century London and featuring amateur sleuth Isabel Wilde, a mistress to King Charles II who secretly makes her living as a fortuneteller. The first in the series, MISTRESS OF FORTUNE, was published by Harlequin’s Carina Press in February 2014 and its sequel, MISTRESS OF LIES, is forthcoming in September 2014.
